Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance, Music Business, or a related field.
5-7 years of leadership experience in music or entertainment management.
Strong understanding of music programming and live performance processes.
Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel and SQL for performance evaluation.
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with team members and stakeholders.
Willingness to travel up to 25% for shipboard evaluations and team support.
Familiarity with licensing agreements and royalty management.
