Requirements

8+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, POS, and CRM deployments.
Deep familiarity with the entire lifecycle of IT implementation methodologies, including Diagnosis, Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment, and Operation.
Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders across different functions to drive consensus and articulate project visions.
Advanced knowledge of retail and supply chain business processes.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on multi-cultural environments.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Project Management certification (PMP) is advantageous.
Exceptional analytical skills paired with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
