The CX Strategy and Operations Manager will work directly with leadership to refine our approach to customer engagement and operational efficiency, impacting millions of users globally.

Requirements

8-10 years in customer experience strategy, operations, or similar roles.
Demonstrated experience working with customer support teams and operational analytics.
Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets; capable of building and interpreting complex capacity models.
Solid communication skills with a knack for influencing stakeholders across various levels, including C-Suite.
Strong analytical abilities to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Experience leading multi-quarter initiatives with cross-functional teams in fast-changing environments.
Familiarity with AI tools and a readiness to leverage tech for enhanced customer experience.
BA/BS degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
