Requirements

A minimum of 4 years in UX design, particularly for customer-facing websites or marketing initiatives.
Demonstrable proficiency in turning complex financial concepts into straightforward, engaging web experiences.
A portfolio that highlights user-centric design solutions, showcasing your design rationale and the impact of your work.
Experience with web design systems and content management systems (CMS), including a solid understanding of how they interface with product development.
Familiarity with analytics tools to derive user insights, along with a history of applying those insights to improve designs.
