Requirements

Minimum of 2 years in employee relations, particularly in case management and investigations.
Strong grasp of UK employment law; familiarity with US regulations is an asset.
Proficiency in using case management systems, especially Dovetail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
Experience coaching managers on performance and conduct-related issues.
