Requirements

8+ years in customer support, including a minimum of 3 years in leadership roles managing onshore and offshore teams.
Direct experience with customer support in a direct-to-consumer telehealth environment is essential.
Proven ability to scale support organizations with a team size of 20 or more in a fast-growing company.
Strong operational mindset, with hands-on experience in metrics management, QA processes, and workflow automation.
Proficiency in customer support platforms such as Intercom or Zendesk is required.
Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively with diverse teams, including product and clinical divisions.
