Requirements

3-5 years of operational leadership experience, preferably in a tech or media startup environment.
Proficient in project management tools like Notion or Asana; familiarity with Jira is beneficial.
A strong understanding of cross-functional collaboration and team alignment.
Proven ability to distill complex data into actionable insights for various stakeholders.
Experience in agile methodologies and a track record of implementing process improvements.
