Requirements

3+ years in financial operations or associated fields, such as treasury operations or crypto payment processing.
A solid understanding of stablecoin mechanics and blockchain networks, specifically protocols like USDC and USDG.
Experience in managing fiat and crypto fund flows, including wire transfers and exchanges.
Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, and Looker, and a knack for learning new systems.
Familiarity with reconciliation processes and methodologies.
