Requirements

Minimum of 6 years in software engineering with a strong emphasis on backend systems.
At least 2 years in a management role, directly mentoring a team of 4-8 engineers.
Deep understanding of security-sensitive systems, particularly in authentication and authorization.
Experience with enterprise security standards, especially SSO integrations.
Proven ability to lead multi-tenant systems deployed in production environments.
Hands-on experience with Rust, demonstrating its application in real-world projects.
Strong communication skills with a knack for stakeholder relationship management.
