Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Salesforce in a support capacity for enterprise-level users.
Experience managing Service Cases and troubleshooting Salesforce administration tasks.
Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD processes, particularly in relation to Salesforce.
Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce security settings.
