Requirements

A minimum of 7 years in customer success, account management, or relevant fields, with at least 2 years leading teams directly.
Experience steering customer success initiatives in SaaS or AI/ML environments, particularly with enterprise accounts carrying significant contract values.
Proficiency in understanding and managing both consumption-based and subscription-based business models.
Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and technical teams, translating product capabilities into strategic advantages.
Historical success in building customer success processes, from playbooks to operational frameworks.

Benefits

Annual salary range: $260,000—$315,000, supplemented by equity and benefits.
