Aledade, on a mission to reshape independent primary care, is seeking a Remote Accounting Manager who can navigate the complexities of revenue accounting specific to the CMS ACO Flex program. This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States, aligning with our commitment to a remote-first culture.

Requirements

6+ years in accounting, ideally within the healthcare sector, with hands-on experience related to revenue cycle management.
At least 4 years of experience managing revenue accounting and a track record of interacting with diverse stakeholders.
1+ years of supervising accountants or similar roles, demonstrating the ability to guide and develop talent.
A degree in Accounting or Finance with a CPA license strongly preferred.
Comfortable with U.S. GAAP and capable of managing the intricacies of fee-for-service payments and IBNR accruals.
Proficiency in accounting software, with a preference for candidates experienced in using Netsuite.
