Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (minimum of 2 additional years in relevant fields)
5+ years in merchandising, buying, or product creation specifically within footwear or apparel
Experience working in multi-brand or vertically integrated retail environments
Familiarity with key retail metrics such as sell-through rates, average selling price (ASP), and unit per transaction (UPT)
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead people effectively
Willingness to travel up to 20% for market visits and collaboration
