Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees such as MBA or MHA preferred.
Eight years of relevant experience in healthcare operational roles—urgent care or hospital settings are ideal.
Five years in leadership positions demonstrating operational management and team oversight.
Proficiency with EHR (Athena) and CRM (Salesforce) systems.
Demonstrated history of fostering patient and employee satisfaction.
