Requirements

Experience managing operations in a small team setting
Proven ability to undertake project support, including vendor and software research
Strong organizational skills, with a knack for creating clear workflows and documentation
Hands-on knowledge of direct mail operations and related technology
Solid proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace tools
