Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or 8 years with a Master’s degree, or 14 years without a degree.
Strong command of video production processes, including editing, motion graphics, and sound design.
Experience managing post-production across multiple channels: broadcast, digital, social media, and e-commerce.
Working knowledge of tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects; certifications in these areas are a plus.
Ability to manage external partnerships and contract negotiations with vendors.

Base salary ranges from $134,336 to $167,920, with potential for growth over time based on individual capabilities.
