The Ringer seeks a Talent Engagement Manager who will play an essential role in connecting the right guests with the right shows. This position requires a deep understanding of the podcast landscape and a knack for building genuine relationships within the entertainment industry.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in talent booking or a similar role, ideally within media or entertainment brands.
Demonstrated success in securing high-profile guests for digital platforms.
Strong network of contacts with talent representatives, including managers, publicists, and agents.
Capability to analyze audience metrics to guide guest selection.
Flexibility for travel and availability for booking needs that may arise outside of regular hours.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
