Requirements

4–6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, particularly within fintech or similar sectors.
Proficiency with platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and others; familiarity with newer channels is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, including a working knowledge of CAC and LTV metrics.
Experience in developing data-driven creative strategies that enhance user engagement.
Familiarity with SQL and creative tools such as Figma or AI-driven platforms is advantageous.
