We're looking for a Nighttime Operations Leader to join our team in Gilbert, AZ. You'll oversee our warehouse operations during the night shift, ensuring that we meet our commitments while maintaining a strong focus on team development and safety.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with a focus on fulfillment and distribution.
Extensive knowledge of operational best practices, including OSHA safety regulations.
Proven leadership in a supervisory role, with experience managing teams and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Solid understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and associated technologies.
Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written, to liaise with various teams.
