Requirements

Doctoral degree in a behavioral health discipline (MD/DO) with board certification in Psychiatry.
Current, unrestricted clinical license in good standing, with the willingness to obtain licenses in multiple states.
Over a decade of clinical experience, with substantial leadership roles in clinical operations.
Solid grasp of clinical quality systems, compliance standards, and safety protocols.
Hands-on experience managing large clinical teams and fostering cross-department collaboration.
Strong communication skills, particularly in presenting complex ideas to executive teams.
