Requirements

Demonstrated experience with marketing analytics and optimization techniques.
Proficiency in Python and SQL; ability to produce clean, production-ready code.
Hands-on experience with measuring marketing effectiveness, including attribution modeling and causal analysis.
Familiarity with paid advertising platforms, particularly Google Ads and Meta Ads.
A well-rounded background in A/B testing and experimental methodologies.
Strong analytical skills complemented by effective communication capabilities to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
