Requirements

6+ years in sales, account management, or partnership roles, with a focus on cultivating business relationships.
Familiarity with the tech or travel sector, ideally with 2+ years of industry knowledge.
Experience managing a pipeline and closing deals, showing skill in nurturing leads.
Analytical mindset to leverage data for strategic insights and decision making.
Strong interpersonal communication skills, demonstrated through effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Proficient in CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce or similar tools for relationship management.
Willingness to travel regularly within your assigned region, approximately once a quarter.
Personal passion for travel and the Airbnb mission; experience as a host is an added advantage.
