Requirements

6 to 9 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce fulfillment or logistics.
Proven ability in scaling fulfillment operations, particularly in a DTC environment.
Familiarity with third-party logistics, including managing relationships with 3PLs and carriers.
Comfort with both high-level strategic planning and detailed execution oversight.
Strong analytical skills, with a focus on optimizing fulfillment costs and improving unit economics.
Experience with fulfillment technologies such as WMS and OMS is necessary.
