Requirements

Hands-on familiarity with Identity and Access Management solutions such as Okta or IBM.
Proficiency in programming and database languages, specifically Java, SQL, and JavaScript.
Experience with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
