At Spotify, the Global HR Operations team is dedicated to ensuring that every employee has the support they need throughout their career journey. We’re seeking a part-time Global HR Specialist who will focus primarily on the Swedish market while also assisting with other European operations.

Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, expected graduation in 2026 or 2027.
Basic understanding of Swedish labor law, with a willingness to learn about additional European regulations.
Familiarity with HR systems, particularly Workday, and an interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance HR processes.
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages (e.g., Dutch, German, Spanish) is advantageous.
