Requirements

3+ years of experience in data analysis using Python/R and SQL.
Hands-on experience in paid media strategy, including incrementality testing on platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
Proven ability to build advanced models for optimizing paid media campaigns.
Strong collaboration skills with business partners to measure marketing impact and present findings clearly.
Intellectually curious and creative; you think about both data and business.
Background in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
Comfortable working in a globally distributed team with occasional travel.
