Requirements

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Fulfillment or Distribution environment, with a solid supervisory background.
Proven safety management experience, specifically with OSHA regulations (2+ years).
Hands-on knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
Demonstrated ability in project management and leading teams through technical challenges.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Docs, and relevant software applications.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is essential.
