Requirements

Proven track record managing teams, ideally with experience in high-pressure situations.
Strong analytical skills, especially in interpreting data for actionable insights.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Genesys or Kustomer, alongside fraud prevention tools.
Exceptional communication skills, particularly in interfacing with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
Ability to navigate ambiguous situations while maintaining a customer-first approach.
