Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least five years of experience specifically in customer marketing or customer experience roles, particularly within the EdTech sector.
Proven ability to analyze customer data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Exceptional storytelling skills, with a knack for engaging diverse audiences through written and verbal communication.
Experience in developing and managing onboarding and retention programs.
Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives across different teams.
