As a Product Operations Manager, you will play a key role in orchestrating our SKU processes and ensuring that our products are ready for customers across all platforms.

Requirements

6+ years in eCommerce or retail operations, with a significant focus on supply chain or merchandising.
Minimum 2 years in a leadership role, demonstrating the ability to mentor and develop a cohesive team.
Proficient in systems such as MCP, RMS, MDM, PIM, and Airtable for data management.
Strong analytical capabilities, particularly in Excel and Qlik Sense, to manage complex datasets.
Exceptional communicator; able to bridge gaps between diverse teams and ensure clarity in cross-functional projects.
Onsite presence in our Dumbo, Brooklyn office is required for this role.
