Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
Hands-on experience with Starburst Enterprise Platform (SEP) or substantial work with Trino/Presto.
A minimum of 8 years in data engineering or data platform development, particularly with Snowflake, Databricks, or Denodo.
Proficiency in SQL, especially in the context of distributed query performance tuning.
Experience integrating diverse data sources, both cloud-based and on-premises.
Understanding of data governance and security measures, including IAM practices.
Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies, Docker, Kubernetes, and automation tools.
Experience with Azure as a preferred cloud platform.
Excellent communication skills, with a knack for collaboration across teams.
