Requirements

15 or more years in cybersecurity, with direct leadership experience in Security Operations Centers (SOC).
Proficient in managing and evolving SOC functions, including incident response, threat detection, and threat hunting.
Hands-on expertise with SIEM, SOAR, and cloud security technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP); deep understanding of digital forensics.
Demonstrable experience in developing and executing cyber defense strategies aligned with business goals.
Ability to maintain high standards in alert accuracy while continuously improving detection and response metrics.
