Requirements

1-3 years of hands-on experience in fashion buying or styling.
Ability to analyze U.S. market trends and consumer preferences.
Experience in curating a diverse range of styles, ideally 50-60 per month.
Proficient in conducting competitor analysis and market research.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with a global team.
