Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in program delivery, particularly in corporate learning or technology sectors.
Hands-on familiarity with project management tools; proficiency in Jira and Microsoft 365 is essential.
Experience leading multi-phase initiatives, especially in graduate training or early-career development programs.
A solid grasp of risk management practices, including maintaining RAID logs and effective stakeholder reporting.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage client expectations.
