Requirements

A minimum of one year in a top-tier consulting firm (MBB) is essential.
Proven ability to analyze complex problems and create structured solutions.
Experience in leading projects that transition smoothly from strategic planning to execution.
A knack for turning data into actionable insights, especially in regard to performance metrics.
Familiarity with wellness or consumer goods is advantageous but not a strict requirement.
