Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of compliance experience in the investment industry.
Proficiency in SQL or Python is essential; familiarity with Preset is a plus.
Understanding of CIRO regulatory requirements, with certifications such as CSC, CPH, or OSC preferred.
Experience in handling regulatory audits and developing compliance policies and procedures.

Benefits

Base salary range: CAD $69,600 - $87,000, based on experience and impact.
Equity compensation to share in the company’s growth.

20 vacation days + 4 wellness days annually, plus unlimited sick days.
Option to work outside Canada for up to 90 days a year.
