Requirements

5+ years of experience in compensation or Total Rewards, with a proven track record in program management.
Expertise in job evaluations, salary range development, and market analysis.
Advanced skills in Excel for modeling, alongside experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
Understanding of compensation design, including incentive plan creation and pay equity methodologies.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau to communicate insights effectively.
Experience utilizing AI tools to streamline compensation processes.
