Requirements

Proven experience in multifamily property management with a focus on both residential and commercial aspects.
Familiarity with leasing strategies, including marketing, pricing, and operational logistics in a mixed-use environment.
Skilled in vendor management, with a track record of effective negotiation and quality assurance.
Deep understanding of pertinent regulations such as ADRE and Fair Housing Act.
Experience with mobility technologies, including ridesharing solutions and other alternative transport systems.
Strong organizational capabilities, backed by a systematic approach to prioritizing and completing tasks.
