Requirements

A relevant degree in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related discipline; advanced degrees are welcomed.
Between 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in peptide or oligonucleotide development, including synthesis and analytical testing.
Proficient in methodologies such as solid-phase synthesis and phosphoramidite chemistry.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks affecting synthetic products.
Experience with analytical tools like HPLC, LC-MS, and NMR.
