Seven years of experience in operations or client services at a leadership level.

Expertise in client relationship management platforms and order management systems, coupled with advanced Excel skills.
A history of successfully managing diverse teams and fostering a customer-centric culture.
Experience in logistics, warehousing, and handling multi-location operations.
