Requirements

Proven experience in managing operations, preferably in a children’s fitness or educational setting.
Ability to interpret financial data and use it to inform decisions.
Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with families and team members.
Hands-on experience in leading both teams and classes, with a knack for engaging kids.
Familiarity with scheduling tools and communication platforms, particularly Slack.
Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain it within the first month.
