Requirements

Minimum 3 years of operations experience specifically in remote or virtual environments, particularly involving call centers.
Demonstrated success as a Call Center Supervisor or Team Leader, with a nuanced understanding of blended inbound/outbound operations.
Adept in call center performance metrics, quality standards, and the technological tools that support these functions.
Experience utilizing call center reporting tools such as dialers, quality modules, and dashboards.
Proficient in spreadsheet software, with a focus on both Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
