Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience in process redesign, workflow optimization, or business transformation.
Proficient in SQL with a track record of leveraging data for decision-making; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects from conception through implementation, effectively navigating challenges and ambiguity.
Experience with automation technologies and a keen interest in integrating AI solutions into operational processes.
Exceptional communication skills, particularly in translating complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Base salary range of CAD $116,000 - $145,000, with potential for above-range offers for exceptional talent.
