Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in BSA/AML KYC within U.S. financial institutions.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with blockchain analytics tools such as Chainalysis or TRM.
In-depth understanding of BSA/AML and sanctions regulations.
Proven record of conducting enhanced due diligence for institutional clients.
Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for compliance and risk mitigation.
