Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Fermentation Science or a related field with robust brewing training.
At least a decade of hands-on experience in quality assurance, quality control, and food safety in a brewery setting.
A solid grasp of food safety regulations and standards, including HACCP, GMP, and FSMA.
Experience with supplier management, including conducting audits and risk assessments.
Proficient in statistical process control and capable of analyzing data to drive quality improvements.
Familiarity with various data management systems, including ERP and LIMs.
