Requirements

A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of three years in customer support roles, including at least one year in a leadership position.
Proficiency with Zendesk, Jira, or similar tools.
Strong data analysis skills, particularly in Excel, to assess team performance.
Experience with remote teams and third-party service providers.
