Requirements

5+ years in operations or product management, ideally within AI/ML domains.
Proficiency in prompt engineering and working with LLM-based products.
Experience in training and enhancing AI agents or chatbots.
Strong analytical abilities for evaluating AI performance and making data-driven adjustments.
Excellent communication skills to bridge technical concepts for various stakeholders.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a rapidly evolving environment.
Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools is a plus.
