Role Description The E-Commerce Fulfillment Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Groton, CT, responsible for overseeing all aspects of order processing and fulfillment for online sales channels. This role includes managing daily picking, packing, and shipping operations, monitoring order queues, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery. The manager will optimize inventory allocation for e-commerce orders, coordinate with customer service on order issues or returns, and maintain performance metrics such as order accuracy, processing time, and shipping costs. Day-to-day tasks also involve warehouse management, leading and training fulfillment team members, refining workflows, collaborating with IT and sales on process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
