The Senior Executive will be accountable for driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and financial performance across these divisions, while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. The ability to identify as well as prioritize strategic goals coupled with the leadership to convert them into successful actionable plans is the essence of this position.
This leader will serve as a key member of the leadership team, to shape and execute the company’s long-term vision. This role reports to the Vice President and General Manager of our East Coast operations. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic insight, operational rigor, and people leadership to elevate performance and position the business for sustained success.
Results-driven manufacturing leader with extensive, hands-on experience across factory operations, engineering, and advanced machining environments. Proven track record of leading high-performance teams, optimizing production processes, and driving continuous improvement across CNC machining, 5-axis operations, grinding, and precision manufacturing. Combines technical depth with strategic leadership to improve quality, throughput, and profitability in complex, tolerance-critical industries.

Responsibilities
- Own full P&L responsibility for assigned operating divisions, including revenue forecasting, cost management, margin optimization and executing results. In this regard the ability to project revenues and costs for 12 months in the future and execute accordingly a large component of job content.
- Develop and execute strategic plans that align with companies and division objectives to drive organic growth, product development, market expansion, and operational efficiency.
- Execute the companies and divisions short and long-term vision, mission and strategic goals and ensuring financial growth by exceeding targets.
- Lead teams to sustain and improve manufacturing execution, supply chain performance, and product innovation.
- Continuous development and training of high-performing leadership teams with a focus on entrepreneurial thinking and accountability.
- Champion talent development initiatives, including succession planning, training, and performance management.
- Drive continuous improvement across all areas of operations, leveraging processes and systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and product development teams to identify new market opportunities and accelerate time-to-market.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality systems across all divisions.
- Represent the company externally with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering management or related field;
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus;
- Minimum of 20 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale operations with full P&L accountability.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role;
- Deep understanding of machining principles, tooling, and cutting dynamics
- Hands-on leadership with deep engagement on the factory floor
- Expertise in advanced CNC and 5-axis machining environments
- Experience manufacturing exotic and high nickel alloys (Titanium, Inconel, MP35N, Waspoloy and Stainless Steel)
- Strong command of precision tolerance analysis and validation
- Data-driven problem solving in high-mix, tight-tolerance manufacturing
- Bridging engineering design with real-world production execution
- Driving continuous improvement across complex machining processes
