We're looking for a positive, energetic, and highly organized Client Service Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing client relationships, project execution, and strategic problem-solving. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building long-term partnerships, and becoming a trusted resource for clients and internal teams alike.
You'll serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned accounts while collaborating with creative, production, warehouse, fulfillment, and vendor teams to deliver exceptional experiences every day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, goals, and priorities
- Provide proactive communication, project updates, and strategic recommendations
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences at every interaction
- Anticipate client needs and identify solutions before challenges arise
Project & Account Leadership
- Oversee projects from initial request through final delivery
- Manage timelines, budgets, approvals, and deliverables
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Prioritize workload and manage competing deadlines effectively
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
- Help identify opportunities to expand existing client partnerships
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with creative, production, warehouse, fulfillment, installation, and vendor teams
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful execution
- Communicate proactively across departments
- Resolve challenges quickly while maintaining project momentum
- Help drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
Leadership & Team Development
- Mentor and support Client Service Coordinators and Senior Client Service Coordinators
- Share best practices and contribute to team development
- Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and teamwork
- Help create efficient and scalable processes as Graphtech continues to grow

WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience in account management, client services, marketing, agency, print, project management, production, or related environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience leading client conversations and building long-term partnerships
- Positive attitude and collaborative mindset
SKILLS & TOOLS YOU'LL USE
Business & Office Software
- Microsoft Office Suite with strong emphasis on Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Smartsheet or other project management platforms
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat required; Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop exposure is a plus)
- ERP, CRM, and workflow management systems
- Cloud-based collaboration tools and shared file systems
Industry Knowledge (Helpful, But Not Required)
Exposure to any of the following industries or services is a plus:
